Pastor Steve DelDuco

At the beginning of 2024, Pastor Steve DelDuco was commissioned by Grace Bible Fellowship Church of Harrisburg to be the planting pastor for a new church on the West Shore of Harrisburg (Living Hope BFC).  Pastor Steve began ministering at Grace BFC in the summer of 2010 and has filled a variety of roles there. Prior to coming to Harrisburg, Pastor Steve served on staff at Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Reading, PA (2001-2007) and served as a solo pastor at New Life Bible Fellowship Church in Carmel, NY (2007-2010). 

Pastor Steve is passionate about the gospel and loves working with all ages within the church body.  He has served as a Children’s Ministry Director and Youth Pastor, and also has served in nursing home ministries. He has training and experience as a Biblical Counselor.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering (Villanova, 1989) and a Masters of Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA (2004). He actively serves in the Bible Fellowship Church denomination, chairing the Board of Church Health and serving on the denominational Executive Board.

He has been married to his wife, Beth, for over 30 years, and together they have four married children and 5 grandchildren. 

Beyond his love for his Lord and Savior, the Church and his own family, Pastor Steve is an avid sports fan. He enjoys playing a variety of sports, but particularly golf and disc golf.  He also enjoys watching just about any sport when he gets a chance.  

Michael Feliciano (Church Plant Intern)

Michael Feliciano came to Grace Bible Fellowship Church in the summer of 2022. Before making the move, he had attended church on the West Shore, but attended Grace BFC in the early years of his life.


Michael graduated from Liberty University in the Spring of 2024 with a degree in Business Administration: Data Analysis. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary.


Michael has a passion for studying and teaching the Word of God, shepherding and encouraging the people of God, and reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Michael married his wife Brianna in 2024. Together they love to hike, play sports, read good books, and drink lots of coffee.
